Check In & Boarding
Taking care of passengers, disabled passenger and any other special need of passengers
Handling customers depending on the situation
Ensure Quality Customer services (QCS)
Disruption handling
Relationship with regulatory bodies at airport
Overall supervision of flight handling and allied activities of the shift
Taking care of the cargoes that are incoming and outgoing, working on overweight charges and baggage reconciliation of flight
Excellent communication skill.
