১। যেকোনো স্বনামধন্য বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় হতে কম্পিউটার সায়েন্স অ্যান্ড ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং পাস। তবে ব্যবসায় প্রশাসনে স্নাতকোত্তর থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
২। সংশ্লিষ্ট পদে কমপক্ষে ১০ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা সহ ব্যবস্থাপনা পর্যায়ে ৩ বছর কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
৩। সিস্টেম অ্যাডমিনেস্ট্রেশন, ডেটা সেন্টার ম্যানেজমেন্ট, ইআরপি সার্ভার ম্যানেজমেন্ট সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
৪। ট্রাবলশুটিং, লিনাক্স, উইন্ডোজ ওএস সেটআপ, ডোমেইন বা ইমেইল সার্ভার ইন্সটল সহ সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
৫। নিরাপত্তা ও এনক্রিপশন সম্পর্কে সম্যক ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
৬। বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে দক্ষ হতে হবে।
৭। বয়সসীমা সর্বোচ্চ ৪৫ বছর।
