To support its continuous business growth, BRAC Bank is currently looking for ambitious, smart, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for Technology Division:

Associate Manager, Core Banking
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Location: Dhaka

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing first and second level support to users for core banking, treasury and trade functionalities;
Responding to every case raised by users on time, and resolve issues and provide permanent solution to mitigate further risks;
Configuring and monitoring core banking setup and administrations, developing customizations, new software, resolve technical and functional issues, providing month/yearend support for data centre, ensure timely delivery for ongoing projects, practice agile principles;
Doing both integration and implementation of core banking new modules and other third party systems hand shacking;
Doing proper SQL tuning and parameterization to improve system performance;
Day to day communication with vendors for support management and problem resolutions;
Providing end-user training, doing UAT, knowledge sharing among team members, maintain proper documentation, ensure system health.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years experiences of Core Banking support into reputed bank;
Required MBA/MS in Computer Science with having BSc in Computer Science;
Having development experiences on Oracle, Java, JSP, scripting, API customizations and integrations;
Achieved vendor certification in following domains will be added preference:OCP, RedHat Linux, ITIL, Alternate Delivery Channel, Bangladesh Bank training certifications, Scrum Master, DevOps, ITIL V4 etc.
